1. TERMS OF SERVICE AND SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
1.1 Binding Agreement
By accessing this website, purchasing, downloading, or activating PIXEL VISION (hereinafter "The Software"), you (the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. This constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and Limitless Vision SAS, the exclusive operator and distributor of the Software. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Software and must terminate your access immediately.
1.2 Grant of Limited License
Subject to the User's continuous compliance with these Terms, Limitless Vision SAS hereby grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to operate PIXEL VISION for private, non-commercial purposes related to visual assistance, interface optimization, and high-speed pixel-analysis. This license is granted for the duration of the purchased subscription period or as otherwise specified during the acquisition process.
1.3 Proprietary Rights and Restrictions
The Software, including its proprietary algorithms, source code, user interface, and visual assets, is the sole intellectual property of Limitless Vision SAS. The User shall not:
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
Circumvent any technological protection measures or digital rights management (DRM) systems implemented within the Software. Any detected breach of these restrictions shall result in the immediate and irreversible revocation of the User's license without the right to a refund.
1.4 Neutrality and Independent Operation
PIXEL VISION is an independent, standalone utility designed for local desktop environment optimization and color-coordinate recognition.
Non-Affiliation: Limitless Vision SAS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party software developers, game publishers, or digital platforms.
Acceptable Use Policy: The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their specific application of the Software complies with the End-User License Agreements (EULA) and Terms of Service of any third-party applications. Limitless Vision SAS does not monitor, endorse, nor control the User’s specific operational use-case.
2. PAYMENTS, CURRENCY, AND REFUND POLICY
2.1 Digital Asset Transactions
To facilitate global software exportation and ensure transaction finality, payments are processed via verified digital asset gateways. By initiating a transaction, the User acknowledges the inherent nature of decentralized payment methods and agrees to follow the prescribed verification protocols.
2.2 No-Refund Policy (Finality of Sale)
Due to the nature of intangible digital goods and the immediate generation of unique, non-reusable license keys, all sales are final. Once a license key has been generated or delivered to the User, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds, credits, or exchanges shall be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to, technical incompatibility or third-party platform updates.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA STEWARDSHIP
3.1 Compliance Data Collection
To comply with international financial regulations and Uruguayan export requirements, Limitless Vision SAS collects essential transaction data through authorized payment processors. This data may include the User's email address and country of origin. This information is used strictly for legal invoicing, license delivery, and fraud prevention.
3.2 Technical Privacy (Zero-Knowledge Architecture)
The PIXEL VISION software operates under a "Privacy-by-Design" philosophy:
Local Processing: All pixel analysis and visual automation tasks are executed strictly on the User's local hardware. No screen content, visual data, or user activity logs are transmitted to external servers.
Anonymized Validation: The Software performs an encrypted hardware-identifier (HWID) handshake solely to validate the license and prevent piracy. This data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to a physical person.
4. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 User Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limitless Vision SAS, its directors, and developers from and against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the User's breach of these Terms or the misuse of the Software in violation of third-party agreements.
4.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Limitless Vision SAS does not warrant that the Software will be compatible with all hardware configurations or future updates of third-party platforms.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Limitless Vision SAS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, account restrictions, service suspensions, or system instability. The User assumes all risks associated with the execution of automation tools in their specific environment.
5. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
Exclusive Jurisdiction Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the use of PIXEL VISION shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
