1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance and Scope
By accessing the website, purchasing, or activating Vision Edge (hereinafter "The Software"), you (the "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the User and Limitless Vision, the legal distributor and operator of the Software.
1.2 Licensing Model & Restrictions
Grant of License: Limitless Vision grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to operate Vision Edge for visual optimization and pixel-analysis purposes.
Prohibited Actions: The User shall not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute unauthorized copies of the Software. Any detected breach results in immediate license revocation without the right to a refund.
1.3 Acceptable Use & Third-Party Compliance
Vision Edge is a standalone utility designed for local environment optimization.
Independence: Limitless Vision is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party software developers, game publishers, or digital platforms.
User Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Vision Edge does not conflict with the End-User License Agreements (EULA) of any third-party applications. Limitless Vision does not monitor nor control the User’s specific application of the Software.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Vision Edge and Limitless Vision (including logos, proprietary algorithms, and UI design) are the exclusive property of Limitless Vision. No ownership or copyright is transferred through the purchase of a digital license.
1.5 Payments, Digital Assets, and No-Refund Policy
Transaction Efficiency: To maintain user privacy and global accessibility, payments are processed via verified digital asset gateways.
Finality of Sale: Due to the nature of intangible digital goods and the immediate generation of unique license keys, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are permitted once the license has been issued.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Privacy by Design
At Limitles Vision, we prioritize user anonymity. We operate under a "Data-Minimalism" philosophy: we do not collect, store, or process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as real names, physical addresses, or government-issued IDs.
2.2 Local-Side Neural Processing
Unlike cloud-based solutions, our technology executes all pixel analysis exclusively on the User's local hardware.
No Data Streaming: Vision Edge does not record, stream, or upload screen content or visual data to any external server.
Encrypted Validation: Our system performs a one-time, encrypted hardware-ID handshake solely to prevent license piracy. This identifier is anonymized and cannot be traced back to a physical person.
2.3 Financial Anonymity
By utilizing decentralized payment methods, we ensure that your traditional financial data (bank accounts, credit cards) is never exposed to our systems, providing a superior layer of transactional security and privacy.
3. Disclaimers and Liability
3.1 "As-Is" Warranty
Limitles Vision provides the Software on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the compatibility of Vision Edge with future third-party updates or specific hardware configurations.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Limitless Vision, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, account restrictions, data loss, or system instability arising from the use of automation tools. The User assumes all risks associated with software execution.
3.3 Force Majeure
Limitles Vision shall not be held responsible for failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including network failures, government actions, or global digital infrastructure disruptions.
4. Corporate & Jurisdictional Information
Limitles Vision is a technology provider headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, specializing in high-performance computer vision solutions. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo.
